Helped by a team of assistants, I pride myself on testing my recipes over and over again, making them easy to follow, simple and achievable. Anyone who follows my recipe and culinary approach can do so with confidence. I take pride in my ability to learn new skills or technologies especially in culinary areas. I have my own culinary patterns that let people to opt their own choices based on the readily available ingredients, using healthy and natural herbs and ingredients.
